1.3 One Account Per User

Each user is entitled to one active account on the Club77bet. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all related accounts, cancellation of bonus balances, and possible withholding of pending withdrawals for investigation.

2.1 Credential Security

3.1 Bet Confirmation & Validity

3.2 Odds and changes

The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes. In the event of an obvious technical error in the odds — such as values that are clearly outside normal market range — the Club77bet reserves the right to cancel affected bets and return the full amount to the user's balance.

3.3 Cancelled or Postponed Events

• Bets on events cancelled before the minimum completion required by the sport are refunded in full to the available balance.
• For football, the event is considered complete after 90 minutes of play (including added time), unless a specific market rule states otherwise.
• For postponed or rescheduled events within 48 hours, pre-match bets remain valid for the new date unless the user explicitly requests cancellation within the specified timeframe.

3.4 Cash Out

9.2 Closure Procedure
